부산에 갈때면 꼭 들르는 식당이 몇 곳 있습니다. 예전에 포스팅 했던 부산 차이나타운의 중국식 만둣집 #마가, 쫄깃하고 달달한 양곱창집 #부평양곱창, 신선한 계절 회를 먹을 수 있는 #거제횟집 등이 있는데요, 오늘 소개해 드릴 이재모 피자는 부산 맛집이라는 타이틀을 넘어 감히 전국구 맛집이라고 칭해도 손색 없는 피자집이라고 생각합니다.

코로나 이후에도 이재모 피자에는 여전히 손님이 많지만 코로나 이전에는 2층에 위치한 식당 입구부터 계단, 거리까지 입장을 기다리는 손님들로 매번 북새통을 이루었습니다.


There are a few restaurants I always drop by when I go to Busan. Those include; Chinese style dumplings in Busan Chinatown #Maga, delicious special beef cuts #BupyeongBeefTripe (BupyeongYangGopchang), fresh sashimi #GeojeRawFishRestaurant (Geojehoejip). Lee Jaemo's Pizza is also the one I do not forget to visit. I dare to call this pizza place not only the best pizza restaurant in Busan, but also as in Korea. Yes it is that good.

Even through the COVID-19 pandemic, many customers still go to Lee Jaemo's pizza. Before COVID-19, you could've always see customers waiting from the entrance on the second floor all the way down to the street.

선택지는 많은데 제가 개인적으로 선호하는 피자는 치즈, 새우, 밤고구마, 포테이토 베이컨, 콤비네이션이라서 주문 전 아무리 고민을 해도 결국은 이 여섯 가지 피자 중 하나를 선택하게 됩니다.

이재모 피자의 스페셜티는 부재료보다는 아낌없이 넣은 치즈에 있습니다. 두툼한 치즈가 기본이고, 부재료는 치즈에 살짝 향만 더한 느낌이기 때문에 어떤 피자를 주문해도 결국 고퀄리티 치즈 맛에 "피자 잘 선택했네" 라고 생각하실 거예요.

There are many pizzas, but my personal preferences include cheese, shrimp, chestnut sweet potato, potato bacon and combination, so I always end up choosing one of these six pizzas.

The specialty of Lee Jaemo's pizza is generous portions of high quality cheese rather than other ingredients. Sub ingredients like shrimps or bacons just help slightly flavor the pizza, but the main flavor is the thick, high quality cheese. That's why I am pretty sure no mater which pizza you order, you'll think, "Yes, I chose the right pizza!"

식사 시간에는 매장이 바쁘기 때문에 저는 식사 시간을 훨씬 넘은 시간에만 이재모 피자에 방문 하는데요, 웨이팅을 하느냐 마느냐의 문제일 뿐, 시간과 상관없이 이재모 피자는 손님들이 항상 많은 편입니다. 아래 사진을 찍은 날이 유난히 손님이 없어 놀랐던 기억이 나네요.

I only visit for pizzas far past lunch time because the restaurant is busy during the lunch hours. To be honest, this place has been always busy regardless of the timing. I remember being surprised how quiet it was when I took the picture below.

피자 드 새우입니다.
피자 단면에서 치즈가 녹아 흘러내리는 모습은 볼 때마다 갬동적입니다. 보통은 추가금을 내야 피자 테두리에 치즈가 들어가는데요, 이재모 피자의 경우에는 기본으로 모든 피자 테두리에 치즈가 들어있습니다! 피자 테두리까지 치즈가 꾹꾹 들어있어 별도의 소스 없이도 마지막 한입까지 피자를 맛있게 즐길 수 있어요.

It's 'Pizza De Shrimp.'
Melting down cheese from the side of a slice of pizza is beautiful. Usually in Korea, you have to pay extra to add cheese in the outer crust. However, in Lee Jaemo's pizza, cheese in pizza rim is required! You can enjoy the whole pizza until the last bite without any extra sauce!

배가 꽤 큰 세 명, 배가 작은 한 명, 총 네 명의 성인이 라지 사이즈 피자 한 판을 먹었는데요, 재료(특히 치즈)를 아낌없이 넣은 피자 덕분에 한 판만 주문해도 충분했습니다. 물론 배가 엄청 고픈 날이라면 성인 여자도 피자 네 조각 반 충분히 먹을 수 있어요. 우리 언니 리스펙ㅋㅋ

Three people with pretty big stomachs, and one with a small stomach, (total four adults) ate a large size pizza. Since the pizzas are made with generous ingredients (especially cheese), one large is enough for four. Of course, if it was a very hungry day, adult woman can eat four and a half slices of pizza! I respect my sister! Ha ha.

 

부산에 갈 계획이 잡히면 가기 전부터 피쟈~ 피쟈~ 노래 부르는 조쉬 ㅎ.
If we have a plan to go to Busan, Josh starts to sing pizza songs. lol.

 

다른 날 먹었던 치즈 크러스트 피자입니다.
저희 어머니께서는 새우 피자를 더 좋아하시지만 저는 기본 피자 맛에 충실하면서도 맛이 좋은 치즈 크러스트 피자가 좋았어요. 아무리 맛있는 신상 치킨을 먹어도 결국 후라이드와 양념치킨에서 벗어날 수 없는 것과 같은 이치라고 할까요? 이재모 피자에서 콤비네이션 피자나 치즈크러스트 피자를 주문하면 평범하지만 맛있는, 흔하지만 흔하지 않은 그런 피자를 먹을 수 있습니다. 개인적으로 포테이토 베이컨 피자는 맛없기 힘든 메뉴라 체인 피자집에서 먹어도 맛있고, 밤고구마 피자는 달달해서 한번 맛보면 당분간 밤고구마 피자가 생각나지는 않을 맛이라 개인적으로는 치즈 크러스트 피자, 피자 드 새우를 추천드립니다.

The medium sized 'Cheese crust Pizza' that I had the other day was fantastic.
My mother likes shrimp pizza more, but I like this pizza that tastes simple but with obvious quality care. It is like no matter how delicious a brand new chicken was, people finally come back to choose original fried chicken (with sweet spicy sauce).
If you are a first visitor, I recommend Cheese crust Pizza or Pizza De Shrimp.

매장에서 먹는 피자 가격 역시 듬뿍 든 치즈에 비하면 전혀 비싸다는 생각이 들지 않는데 방문포장을 하는 경우에는 할인도 받을 수 있어요.

이재모 피자! 부산이라면 꼭 들러봅세다.

I don't think the price of the pizzas at the restaurant are not expensive at all if you consider the amount of cheese, you can even get a discount for packing up the pizza!
